Last Spring’s foraging class featured at least 15 extremely unique wild edibles like these Sunchoke shoots (tastes like asparagus mixed with sunflower seeds - choice wild edible!). While this class is great for beginners, experienced foragers also learn a lot of new plants and foods.

About your host

Hello! My name is Bryan Bramlett & I’ve been immersed in wild food, organic farming, permaculture and living a place-based existence for over 13 years. I love eating wild plants for their immense health benefits, for the unique flavors and textures they offer, and for the sacred experience they create of helping me connect to place.

Teaching and feeding others is a huge passion and I trust you will feel the inspiration in these classes. I started the Healing Ecosystems non-profit as a way to bring wild food education & place-based literacy to more folks. I am excited for this year’s class offerings that weave together a bigger story of how we live harmoniously with our bioregions. Hope you can make it for one or many!

Thanks,

Bryan
